The event was organised to spread awareness about road safety and was attended by around 600 participants. People from the age group of 5 to 80 years, including senior citizens, school students and women runners, took part enthusiastically, officials said

The programme was attended by Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Department Transport Commissioner Vivek Bhimanwar, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation Additional Commissioner Dr Avinash Dhakane, and Regional Transport Officer Pallavi Kothawade
