Demanding implementation of 12 demands charter, protesting farmers gathered at Shambu border today to initiate a protest march to Delhi. However, the farmers were stopped at the Shambhu Border itself before they could further march to Delhi. A police official on duty said, "They (farmers) don't have permission to enter Haryana.
