Actor Rajpal Yadav has been in the news for quite some time after he surrendered in a cheque bounce case. It now appears that actress Ameesha Patel has also found herself in a similar legal soup. A Moradabad court has issued a non-bailable warrant against her in connection with a 2017 event dispute. The actress has now reacted to the claims and clarified that it is an old dispute that has been settled.
Ameesha took to social media and reacted to the claims, writing, “Media reports suggest certain proceedings at Moradabad by one Pawan Verma. I wish to inform one and all that this is a very old matter from years back, in which the said Pawan Verma had signed a settlement deed and received the entire agreed amount.”
