As his film has Resul Pookutty recording the sound, some post-production will also happen in Mumbai for which he will be in the city soon. <img alt="Buddhadeb Dasgupta's upcoming film" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/may/Buddhadeb-Dasgupta.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 333px;" /> Dasgupta says, &ldquo;I have been making Bengali films with several Hindi film stars (like Mithun Chakraborty) for years. I have also been doing documentaries and films for the Children&rsquo;s Film Society of India in Hindi. For me, a film is a film. The language and the classification does not matter. But yes, now that several people ask me why I don&rsquo;t make more Hindi films, Anwar Ka Ajab Kissa with Nawazuddin is the answer.&rdquo; The writer-director who is well known on the festival circuit bagged the National award for best films for his films like Bagh Bahadur (1989), Charachar (1993), Lal Darja (1997) and Kaalpurush (2008). He adds, &ldquo;I have decided to make more films in Hindi. As I am based in Kolkata, I will have to spend more time in Mumbai where Bollywood is centred, so I plan to keep travelling to and fro.&rdquo; His current project with Nawaz, which was shot in Shimultala, near Kolkata also stars Niharika Singh besides Bengali actors Jaya Seel Ghosh and Ananya Chatterjee. Buddhadeb Dasgupta&rsquo;s Hindi films include: Andhi Gali (1984) starring Deepti Naval, Mahesh Bhatt and Kulbhushan Kharbanda. . Bagh Bahadur (1989) with Pawan Malhotra, which was made in Bengali but was also later released in Hindi, won the National award for Best Film. Woh (2011) made for the Children&rsquo;s Film Society of India was based on Rabindranath Tagore&rsquo;s story Sey, which marked the 150th birth anniversary of Tagore.
