Celina Jaitly welcomed the Delhi High Court's order that allowed the appointment of a UAE-based legal firm to represent her brother, Major (retd.) Vikrant Jaitly, on Tuesday. Her brother has been detained in Dubai for the past 18 months. The actress called the decision a restoration of his dignity and a major step forward in the long-running legal battle.
