Mid-day.com has learnt exclusively that the Sooryavanshi actress will begin shooting for ‘Merry Christmas’ alongside South superstar Vijay Sethupathi soon after her wedding. The team begins with a long schedule in Mumbai. The Sriram Raghavan directorial is rumoured to be the remake of the Tamil Maanagaram.

Producer Ramesh Taurani, when contacted, told mid-day.com, “Our film is on schedule and goes on the floors in the third week of December with Katrina and Vijay, there are no changes in the plan.”
