Kareena's near and dear ones – sister Karisma Kapoor, sister-in-law Soha Ali Khan, husband Saif Ali Khan, parents Babita and Randhir Kapoor rang in Kareena's birthday on Thursday midnight. The celebration was an out and out family affair.
