Kunal Kohli is producing the film and is also acting in it, while Danish Aslam will apparently be helming the project.
A source said, "Kunal wanted to direct the film, but since he is acting also in the film, he thought it would be better if he produces the film. Danish Aslam and Kunal Kohli were wanting to work together from a long time. So now Kunal agreed to produce the film, whereas Danish will be directing it."
"They have approached Saif Ali Khan and Esha Gupta to play the lead roles," the source added.
