Yesterday, Sanjay Dutt's twins Iqra and Shahraan turned nine. The actor posted a birthday wish on Instagram. He wrote, "There's no greater joy for me than spending time with my precious, Shahraan and Iqra. I love you both. Happy birthday (sic)."
