Filmmaker Todd Phillips has shared a teaser image from 'Joker: Folie a Deux', announcing "day one" of work on the Joaquin Phoenix starrer. Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Phillips posted an image of Joaquin in character as the movie's protagonist Arthur Fleck.
