The 19-year-old decided to get a small bar with two metal balls on either end inserted into her left breast.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star first sparked speculation about a piercing when she walked the red carpet in a figure-hugging black gown at the ESPY Awards last week, where the piercing was faintly visible from under her dress.
