Min Yoongi, nicknamed Agust D, has returned to social media, making his first post in more than two years. On September 22, the Instagram handle 'agustd' posted his first post in two years. This is the first time the account has been updated since August 2023, with the exception of an Instagram story posted by the singer during his visit to fellow BTS member Jin's solo show earlier this year. With this, SUGA has fulfilled a long-standing promise he made to his fans roughly two years ago, before taking a hiatus for his mandatory military service, which he completed in a different way by working as a public servant for 21 months.
In August 2022, SUGA released a post on his personal Weverse account saying goodbye to his followers before departing to fulfil his military commitments. He assured them that a few years would pass quickly and he would return to them before they knew it. Well, the moment has come for the singer to make his triumphant return. He also appears to be hinting at something new, as photographs show him at a shoot, holding a guitar and standing on a trolley.
