Last year, she also made her Bollywood debut with Atlee's Baby John, co-starring Varun Dhawan. Recently, the actress revealed that she did not receive any offers after her performance in Mahanati, the film that earned her her first National Award for Best Actor.
Keerthy addressed the career setback at a recent press event. She played the role of Savitri in the biographical drama directed by Nag Ashwin. The film earned critical acclaim and audience love. At the event, Suresh revealed that despite the massive appreciation, the phase following the film was challenging for her.
