A 19-year-old was allegedly raped by her neighbour and a bus driver in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on February 3. While the police has arrested on accused on Monday, the other is still on the run.

A Hindustan Times report states that the accused and the survivor are from the same building. The accused had offered her spiked drink on the night of February 3 when there was a function being held in the building.
