Malad police have seized assets worth approximately Rs 35 lakh

The Malad Police have arrested a notorious robber who had been committing a series of thefts across western suburbs including Malad, Borivali, Kandivali, and Dindoshi. The accused, known for changing disguises and using masks and gloves to hide his identity, has been linked to eight robbery cases so far.

According to the police, the accused targeted residential colonies located near special trucks and planned his crimes meticulously. He often changed his appearance to avoid detection and carried out the thefts single-handedly.

The investigation revealed that the accused used the stolen money to buy farmland in his native village, purchase a house in Mumbai, and build a significant bank balance. The Malad police have seized assets worth approximately Rs 35 lakh acquired through the proceeds of his crimes.
