Maharashtra Congress chief Harshwardhan Sapkal on Thursday criticised the state government’s relief package for farmers affected by recent heavy rainfall and flooding, describing it as a “cruel joke” and demanding urgent intervention from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, reported the PTI.
