Mobile phones on the city's first underground Mumbai Metro Aqua Line 3 went blank on Wednesday, leading to major inconvenience for commuters, as they could neither buy online tickets from ticket machines nor make transactions or receive calls and messages.
In a note put up at stations, authorities urged commuters to use tickets in the app in offline mode before entering the station.
