BEST bus fares to rise from Friday, minimum ticket now Rs 10, check details

For AC buses, the minimum fare will go up from Rs 6 to Rs 12, and the maximum fare will rise from Rs 25 to Rs 65, they said. Representational Pic/File
The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) on Thursday announced a hike in fare prices on its buses from Friday, May 9, the officials said.
The increase in fares will be on both non-air-conditioned (non-AC) and air-conditioned (AC) BEST buses, they said.
