BMC to impose 24-hour water cut on Wednesday in three wards of South Mumbai

The disruption is due to planned pipeline upgrade work in the E Ward. Under this project, the old 1,200 mm diameter water main at Nawanagar and Dockyard Road will be decommissioned and replaced with a new pipeline of the same size

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has announced a 24-hour water cut in several parts of the ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘E’ administrative wards from 10 am on Wednesday to 10 am on Thursday.

In some areas, water will be supplied at low pressure during this period.
