The showers led to minor disruptions in traffic movement across some areas of the city.
Meanwhile, an orange alert has been issued for Mumbai, warning of heavy rainfall expected to continue until 1 pm. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has urged residents to remain cautious as the downpour could lead to waterlogging, traffic disruptions, and potential delays in public transport services.
