According to the latest report issued by the Disaster Management Department of the Brihanmumbai  Municipal Corporation, the city reported several mishaps following heavy rainfall in the past 24-hours.

According to the data collected from the Indian Meteorological Department, Colaba received 29.8 mm of rainfall while Santacruz recorded 35.2 mm of rain in the past 24 hours, contributing to the cumulative seasonal totals of 344.0 mm and 214.1 mm, respectively. Overall, Mumbai city recorded 16.28 mm of rain, while the eastern and western suburbs recorded 24.01 mm and 26.37 mm, respectively.

The Colaba weather station recorded a maximum temperature of 30.6 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 23.6 degrees Celsius. The Santacruz weather station, representative of the suburbs, registered a maximum temperature of 31.8 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature of 23 degrees Celsius.
