Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Varun Sardesai has voiced strong criticism against the Maharashtra government over the deteriorating condition of government residential colonies in Mumbai. 

In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Sardesai questioned the rationale behind the hasty eviction of employees from dilapidated buildings without providing adequate rehabilitation or beginning timely repairs.
