Mumbai woke up to hazy conditions on Friday, with the visibility likely to improve as the day progresses, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in its latest weather update.

According to the weather bureau, the sky will remain clear in the afternoon through the evening, causing temperatures to rise steadily.
