Bollywood actress Shefali Jhariwala’s mortal remains were taken to Cooper Postmortem Centre, but her autopsy is delayed due to pending police paperwork. She was declared dead on arrival at a private hospital. Amboli police have registered an Accidental Death Report under Section 194 of BNSS.

Actress Shefali Jhariwala’s (42) mortal remains were brought to the Cooper Postmortem Centre on Saturday morning, according to sources at the facility. Reports confirm that the Bollywood actress's body is currently at the hospital; however, the autopsy has been put on hold due to pending documentation from the Amboli police.
Shefali was reportedly rushed to a nearby private hospital, where she was declared dead on arrival. In line with standard procedure, hospital authorities immediately alerted the Amboli police regarding the incident.
A mobile forensic unit from the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory in Kalina also visited the late actress’s residence last night to collect possible forensic evidence.
