Residents in flood- and landslide-prone areas should be relocated immediately to safe locations, and NDRF and SDRF teams must remain ready for rescue and relief operations, said Pawar

He also instructed authorities to carry out prompt assessments of damage to crops, houses, and other property, with reports to be submitted to the state government
