The 38-year-old woman arrested for allegedly ramming her BMW car into a bike-borne senior finance ministry official filed her bail plea after a Delhi Court sent her to police custody on Monday for two days. The accused, who was driving the luxury car, rammed into the bike in Delhi’s Dhaula Kuan area, leading to the official's death.
The matter is likely to be heard by the sessions court on Wednesday after the woman's police custody ends, news agency PTI reported, citing court sources.
