Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tributes to Bharat Ratna awardee and veteran leader Atal Bihari Bajpayee on Saturday. PM Modi, while paying honour to the former prime minister, offered floral tributes at 'Sadaiv Atal', the Samadhi (memorial) dedicated to Shri Atal Bihari Bajpayee.

While posting a video on social media platform X, Modi wrote, “Vajpayee's commitment to India's progress continues to inspire efforts to build a developed and self-reliant nation.”

The Prime Minister further addressed that, "Remembering Atal Ji on his Punya Tithi. His dedication and spirit of service towards the all-round progress of India continue to inspire everyone in building a developed and self-reliant India."
