Tamil Nadu Police registered a case against Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) chief coordinator Seeman for allegedly making a hate speech against migrant workers.

The development comes after poll strategist Prashant Kishor shared the video of Seeman's alleged speech on Twitter.
