The European Union has ordered its anti-fraud office to investigate Peter Mandelson, former British ambassador to the US, over his ties to <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/news/world-news/article/justice-department-examines-missing-documents-in-epstein-records-release-23618389" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Jeffrey Epstein</a> while serving as Brussels&rsquo;s trade representative.
The European Commission has also asked the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) to look into the matter.
