Parthiv Patel said that despite all the factors favouring England's team, Shubman Gill and his men fought well and will have a lot of confidence to take in the upcoming series-deciding match. The fifth Test match is all set to be played at The Oval, starting from July 31

As Team India successfully secured a draw in the fourth Test match against England, former wicketkeeper-batsman Parthiv Patel pointed out a mistake, where he felt his former side should have done better. He feels that on Day 2 during England's innings, the Indian bowling lacked consistency.
Speaking on JioHotstar, Patel said that he wouldn't make any changes in the Indian team heading into the final Test.
"Looking at the way India played this Test match, there's not much I would change, but if you ask what could have been done better, I'd say the phase on Day 2 when England batted," said Patel.
