The Women’s Premier League 2026 kicks off on Friday, January 9, and will run until February 5. The season opens with a high-voltage clash that reignites one of the league’s fiercest rivalries, setting the tone for another thrilling campaign.
A total of 20 league matches will be held in WPL this year, with the table-toppers directly making the final. Sticking to the usual format of double round-robin structure, all the five teams will face each other twice during the league phase. The second and the third placed will lock horns in the Eliminator.
