YUVRAJ Singh on Monday welcomed the newly-formed Indian Cricketers’ Association which would look into the needs and problems of Indian players.

"We’ve never heard the players’ voice till now so we needed it [the players association],” said Yuvraj, citing the case of Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell, who recently took a break due to mental health issues. "He [Maxwell] took a break because he felt he needed it, but Indian cricketers can’t do that because they fear they’ll lose place their place in the team. So, the players association is very important to the Indian cricket team,” he said.
