Sometimes Diwali is hard for those who easily get overwhelmed. Be it the noise of the fire crackers, the constant buzz in your home or your room of friends and relatives who mean well but might not necessarily under someone being overstimulated. So in these cases what can you do to make sure that you set boundaries politely and are not dependent on someone else to do them for you.
