The RCF police in Chembur East have registered a case against three individuals for reckless driving on the Eastern Express Highway near the Hazrat Syed Abdul Kader Rahul Dargah in Chembur. The incident came to light after a viral video was shared on X.

The video showed a white car being driven at dangerously high speed. The driver and several passengers were seen leaning out of the windows and dangling their limbs out of the moving vehicle, posing a serious threat to themselves and others on the road. Following the viral footage, a formal complaint was lodged by the RCF police under Sections 281, 125, and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, along with Section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
