Harmanpreet Kaur-led India will gear up for the upcoming Women’s ODI World Cup with two crucial warm-up matches against England and New Zealand, scheduled to be held in Bengaluru later this September. The World Cup, set to be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka, will run from September 30 to November 2, marking the tournament’s return to the subcontinent after 12 years.

Meanwhile, arch-rivals Pakistan will play both their warm-up fixtures and all World Cup matches in Sri Lanka, following a mutual agreement between the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Pakistan’s preparatory games are scheduled for September 25 and 28 at the Colombo Cricket Club, where they will face the Sri Lanka senior team and the Sri Lanka 'A' side respectively.
